Simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take this with you to the Entrance
You will be emailed a Hatton Adventure World DigiTicket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. If you do not have a printer you may make a note of this number and take it with you when you visit Hatton Adventure World.
Your ticket entitles you to a full day at Hatton and we invite you to arrive and leave at your convenience. This applies to General Admission tickets only.
Anyone who is disabled are entitled to bring one carer free of charge. You may be asked for proof when entering the park, this can be in the form of proof of DLA, PIP, Blue Badge or Doctors note.
We are a working farm and some of the ground around Hatton Adventure World is uneven but can be accessed by wheelchair with care. Unfortunately we do not have any wheelchairs available to hire.
