A calmer, magical Christmas experience designed for every child to enjoy.
Join us for a specially adapted festive day filled with gentle magic, smiles, and sparkle, created with SEN children and their families in mind.

- Meet Father Christmas at your own pace (with flexible time slots)
- Enjoy the Gingerbread Decorating Factory
- Visit Mr Holly’s Show - quiet and music-free
- Create magic at the Reindeer Food & Postal Stations
- Choose your very own toy or Create-a-Bear from the Toyshop (Additional bears can be purchased on the day for £20)
- Watch our incredible Falconry Displays
- SEN Sensory Bags available for hire - (includes ear defenders and fidget toys – limited availability, please bring your own if needed)

£14.95 - per Adult
Free - Free Carer (1 free carer per person in receipt of DLA, PIP, Blue Badge, Doctors Note or Access card, additional carers £14.95 each).
Free - Children under 80cm (No Toy or Create-a-Bear, Gingerbread or Reindeer food)
Sessions:
10:30–11:00 | 11:15–11:45 | 12:00–12:30 | 12:45–1:15
Father Christmas will be in the grotto area throughout the morning, guests can come and go within their slot.
From 2pm, the general public experience begins, the music will be turned on but you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the rest of the park.
Please note: There may be a short queue outside Admissions on arrival. Our friendly team will be nearby if you need assistance.
