Group Bookings

Our Group visit options are created to suit all different types of groups from Nurseries, Schools, Brownies & Cubs and more. We offer different packages including meet and greets, guided visits and educational visits. 

Group bookings require a minimum of 15 children.

Make your booking with your expected numbers and a £50 deposit.

A headcount will take place on the day of your visit to confirm your exact numbers where a final invoice will be issued. Joining instructions, health & safety information & risk assesments will be attached to your order confirmation via an email link.

Please note we are unable to provide itineraries before the day of your visit. If you have specific activities you would like to do or not do please email groups@hattonworld.com.

Please note Meet & Greet visits must follow the public timetable, which you will find on the 'Whats On' tab on our website. If you want to do activities outside of the timetable you will be required to book a Guided visit, where the itineraries are made for you.

Your group is met by a guide at the coach park where they will run through health and safety with you and outline the important aspects of your day. Your group is then free to explore the park at your own pace and see what demonstrations suit you. Please note Meet & Greet visits must follow the public timetable, which you will find on the 'Whats On' tab on our website. This type of visit gives you the benefit of being taken around the farm park by a guide. The guide will take you to demonstrations such as falconry, farmyard favourites or our guinea pig village, ensuring you arrive on time and encouraging the children to take part in the activities.

Our educational activities, led by our experienced guides are tailor-made to suit the needs of both KS1 and KS2 and will cover particular topics that may be being covered at school. Groups can choose ONE of the 5 dedicated programmes which is then combined with activities and adventure play. KS1 children (ages 5-7) will learn the basics and fundamentals of the topic KS2 children (8-11 years) will develop a more in depth understanding of the topic with discussion and interaction with the children.
